viktor winrate is now higher.
50% in 6.9. it was I believe 44-45% in 6.8. hmm. maybe the changes were for the better?. don't get me wrong I played the new viktor I like the increased Q damage. the ult. imo is better than it used to be. the old ult did nearly no damage beyond the burst. at least you can invest in rylais and make some use of it. however his E does feel terrible. the increased missile speed for me. is a bad one. am i the only one used to that slow laser on his E that i usually cast it a big ahead of the enemy. especially that now most of the damage is in the 2nd part of his E. he does feel clunky. what do you think ? you think hes just playing the waveclear bot role now?
