On the PBE, item 3151 gets 100 gold cheaper.

Did you guys know that item 3110's aura counts as a movement impairment in regards to Liandry's burn?

my hybrid ap/tank amumu just got more cancerous

Well, it sort of got not cancerous then gained enough cancer to be as cancerous as live, in the pbe, as Rylai's cancer was nerfed so you can't really build that now to get the movespeed slow for liandries, but frozen heart now works as a replacement giving you compensation cancer

I guess it's movement impairment as it causes ADCs to attack move less often.. haha.

I'm predicting Elise will love this patch. Sure, the Rylai's nerf hurts her late game, but being cheaper will help her snowball early -- which is really where she's meant to shine anyway. Combined with a cheaper Liandry's, she'll take off a lot sooner.
