LaowPing1 votesPersonally, I prefer lifesteal on him since he want's to be up close and personal. ER rush on Lucian is great since you can go Zeal after and then sorc shoes to max cdr.

I went GB my first game with Lucian because i never feel like he is mana hungry. GB fits his playstyle perfectly. Though ER might be better.

rushing means that as SOON as u get a u have an instant + 20% CDR for a total of 30% CDR... buy a 
and you now have 40% CDR. dont even need to finish triforce to get 40% CDR like i originally thought. kinda stupid not to get it first.

NapaIm1 votesYou rush it on casters. Early cdr, good crit, more efficiency than IE. Then as you build more crit it gets better. Ezreal, Corki, and MF love rushing this.

Erockandroll1 votesIf your going Caster ADC, you pretty much want to rush it. Once you have ER, any more Crit chance will accelerate your mana regen and your CDR. Which is everything a caster needs.

needs the CDR and mana regen from ER to do much of anything. He doesn't use Triforce or BoRK very well, and rushing IE limits his waveclear and poke potential since they don't scale that well with crit.
