She has immense potential once she gets rolling. If you are ahead you can only lose by your own mistakes and if you are behind you can still be useful and farm up to late game. Once you are there it's hard to stop her. So is she a hyper carry?
i would say yes
Kind of, if not, a crappy early game, absolutely needs items and can decimate entire teams once she gets said items? Yes, yes she is.
LS (a popular pro coach) once described her as a train the enemy team has to stop. Once she gets rolling she just melts through everything. She has weaknesses in that she's relatively low range, but given some peel and proper positioning, she's very powerful
