Did i miss something about the Azir nerfs on the PBE?

Yesterday all the threads calling it BS had about 10-20 upvotes, now all of them are getting more downvotes than upvotes. Did i miss something here?

It's because Azir is impossible to balance. His skill cap is so high that even if he's "bad" at lower ELOs, he can still be a god at higher tiers. So Azir is in a constant limbo of being usable at lower ELOs while being a monster in the upper tiers, or being bad at lower ELOs and decent in the upper tiers. He always just flip flops back and forth between the states.

I didnt say anything about competitive. The difference between a Silver Azir and a Diamond Azir is massive

Low ELO good Azir players are hardly non-existent so there wouldn't be a chance to make them salty through destroying them. Azir is a high skill cap champ that is way too strong once you've reached that cap with no real way to counter him.
