Can we PLEASE do something about this? I'm tired of playing ranked and trying to show where I really belong, but your stupid ass system won't let me climb because every time I gain 50 LP, you are DELIBERATELY placing me against a powerful team while pairing me with a team that didn't deserve the ELO they were placed in.

Furthermore, nobody is reporting these people, otherwise I would be getting notifications left and right with the feedback reports. Riot's systems are doing nothing to prevent what is going on. Whats the secret? How many reports are needed to get these ass holes out of my games?

I've been playing this game since season 2 and have seen the good and the bad with systems that have been executed. If you really cared about getting rid of toxic players, you need to do more than just a simple overhaul of the honor system. Add something that actually finds key words in chat, notices when someone goes afk deliberately (through the exit screen obviously, so DC won't count), etc.

I can't play this game anymore to prove myself and show skill.

The only "skill" that matters to you is LUCK apparently, otherwise you would team me with better players closer to my rising ELO whenever I'm on a winning streak. there is no reason at all to pair me with Bronze 4 players when I'm on a winning streak in Silver 4.

Probably downvoted down to hell, but this needs to be noticed more. Wouldn't be surprised if I'm "Naming and Shaming" either. If this post gets deleted, at least tell me what to take out, cuz this NEEDS to be shown.
