That's what she's supposed to be, but it always seems like her players prefer her to be some sort of fast paced duelist who wants to snowball. A bit like Fiora. Should Riot rework her into that, or keep her as a hyper carry?

ADCs having a weak early game is a myth. It's the reason people take vayne top lane with success and have for a while.
