Seriously Riot can you please nerf burst damage and add value back into sustained damage and DOT?

We're all sick everything 1 shotting everything. It's not a fun experience at all and the only carries that get picked are the ones that can 1 shot the fastest. It's boring to play in a meta where everything is decided by burst.
