i've tired kennen that dosen't work at all. i've tired to play morgana into him that dosen't because the jungler will just champ your lane. WHO HARD COUNTERS HIM IN LANE.

Karma Zyra Lux (ish [she has trouble getting pushed early game]) Orianna Xerath should be decent picks.

They can deal with Heimer's turrets from a distance and can easily kill them later on in the game, safely.

Also, Azir as mentioned below. VVV

Assassins with good escapes tend to work on the donger pretty well. I have a lot of success with the likes of . Those champs have extremely powerful level 6 all ins, which is enough to kill Heimer before his turrets can kill you. I listed Azir because his range is so far he can just poke down his turrets and them him without retaliation.

In short, just pick any decent assassin who can burst him really fast or champions who out range his turrets, like .

None of the assassins can beat heimer without jungle help except maybe leblanc, they get shoved to tower, and also cannot farm under tower because heimer just sets up three turrets and then you lose half your health if you want even one CS.

Azir and Syndra are his main counters, TF would depend on how good the TF is or how good the Heimer is.

Long story short OP only a few select mages with extremely high range can consistently beat heimer. Otherwise just sit back and collect exp and pray your jungler ganks.

Yeah maybe if you're bad at playing her because you have poor mana management. If you have a tear or a chalice all you really have to do is pick one turret up and toss it into another one and MAYBE q them both when they're in the same spot. Hell you dont even have to do that because you outrange him so hard. Syndra opens up the potential for Heimer to be ganked as well as she can move the turrets out of the way for her jungler or if he has ult simply render his ult cannon inert. If you have blue buff he's absolutely done.

Edit: You could also play smart and take teleport over ignite since there's a low chance you'll actually be focused on killing him in lane anyway and because heimer usually takes it. You dont HAVE to take ignite you know. This one goes for any champ going against heimer.
