Trolls make you stay. No afk

I was put into a low priority ques cause I went afk too often. So it is 10 minute wait... no big deal. My concern is that I do it when I am fed up with trolls and my team refuses to quit. Of course the trolls are also voting to keep the game going so it only takes one other guy that says he is having fun getting his but kicked. I don't enjoy being locked into games with trolls, feeders, toxic players, and those that would play a game with an disconnected player. Why doesn't riot figure out a way to stop those that ruin the game for others.

I don't understand how I am targeted as the problem instead of those that instigate the behavior. Am I alone? do the majority of players have no problem playing with trolls that run the enemy kills up to 20 while yours has 4? People don't have a problem with playing un-winnable games because there might be 2 guys on your team that don't communicate or only tell you to stfu as they venture out face checking bush. I also grow tired of the junglers that never gank. they just kill monsters for 30 minutes. Is it me?
