This is rather old news, and I'm pretty sure it's clear he meant runaans rather than hydra, and they function similarly for the point he's making (i.e. aoe AA damage).

Rather unfortunate that he made that mistake however.

ghostcrawler or meddler also said you dont have to play league to balance it. hopefully one day some1 who has more power then them brings them up on their failures cause anyone else that does will just get banned/muted etc.

its beyond a joke now. they are also nerfing blitzcrank and not even mentioning leona/alistar and said that patch 8.1 was locked in before they went on holiday last year. these are the very people that are "balancing" the worlds largest game.
