Taric Buffs

I went into the training tool to see what was changed about Taric so I could attempt to get my chest for him. Use Q, auto, and Q is ready. I could literally just spam Q so long as I had mana.

So, why exactly is my Q on like a non existence cooldown so long as I'm autoing something?

I mean, I like the change cause it gives Taric some early game presence, but I feel like that's kinda insane. I mean, the only punishing factor is that you're oom if you spam in a fight, but then again, spamming may win you that fight. I literally played a game where we wiped the enemy team and went towards baron with our jungle Hecarim at like 1000 hp out of 3000. I tanked baron, spamming Q, and I swear he was full HP at the end of it. That just seems kinda weird considering with Soraka at least she would be half health after that, whereas the entire team was full health.
