Ye get item 3710 and {{item:3153} and then get blown up by the first mage or adc who comes near to you.

Those are the only 2 items you need, then you build straight tank. ADC and Mages cant blow you up and your Q stacks make those 2 items shred health.

Dude that 2 items with a boots for skarner is a 24-25 min farm. Guess what does the mages have by then? Oh wait morello and dc. PEW PEW boom. There goes your hp bar.

Read patch notes, if you jungle skarner you can have both items 20 minutes into the game. They buffed gold income from jungle camps. Junglers get rich now. No AP will have Morello AND dc. its impossible 20 minutes in the game unless they are fed.

Sadly i have to disappoint you, but in EUW high diamond ppl can farm properly and having morello+dc at the 20 minutes is standard not "UHMAGADSOFED" state.

Sorry bro but what works in silver will not necessarily work on my level. If you devote 20 minutes to farm thoose items Enemy will run with +3 dragons and over 10k lead already. You can't let your team to play 4v5 with a champion who has no realistic potential to carry the game.
