if the balance team watched the lec yesterday, they saw a kaisa 1v1ing a zed. obviously assassins are supposed to see adcs as their bitches. yet zed lost a 1v1 vs kaisa.
i predict the balance team saw this, ignores everything else that played into this and just buffs zed.

Riot hates zed, they never going to buff him. (actually one of the Rioters said that "We know zed is on the weaker side, but we ignore that")
Zed got buffed for a patch or two when Faker complained that zed is trash tier(also the legendary zed skin was on the way), and as soon as he was decent Riot reverted the buffs but they didn't revert his R passive, so he actually just got nerfed.

Crystalysk1 votesHer kit is perfect to play into Zed. She goes invisible when he casts R and then she uses her R to dodge the shurikens. She goes zhonyas too and she needs to be bad or behind to get 1v1 by Zed.

PhearBunny1 votesNo assassin can duel Kaisa. She has assassin-like burst. Assassin-like slipperiness/mobility. So she basically is in an assassin vs assassin situation, the only difference being she gets a massive barrier for some stupid ass reason. Oh and that she builds Zhonyas and GA and still does obsurd amounts of damage and burst. Shed be a reasonable champion if they removed her barrier and replaced it with something that doesnt completely hard counter her counter-class, but Riot is stupid and thinks Kaisa needs a S+ tier response to every possible scenario.
Oh and she has a baby sitter on top of everything.
