[Champion Gameplay Update] Shyvana the Half-Dragon

Hey, I got a relevance from a dream last night about a potential idea for Shyvana update that keeps her identity as a menacing warmongering dragon while improving the gameplay.

Pray excuse some grammar mistake you encounters in the post.

Passive: Draconian Essence Shyvana does not have mana pool, instead replacing it with 100 Fury resource. Each time her ability deal damage, Fury refills by 5 per hit/tick. Each basic attack landed on Champion refills the bar by 5 per attack. Upon filling 100 fury, she immediately transform losing some attack speed in exchange for extreme mobility and additional attack and ability damage, after transforming, her fury rapidly consumes and reverts her transformation after it depletes. Bonus passive: Reduces damage taken by 10% for 3 seconds after taking any damage source. The cooldown reset after being out of combat for 10 seconds or landing three attacks on an enemy champion.

Q: Twin Bite Shyvana's next basic attack hits twice with the secondary hit damage reduced. While in dragon form, Twin Bite deals cleave damage and pulls enemies hit toward the target. Each basic attack she deals afterward reduces Twin Bite cooldown. Secondary hit damage scales from Rank 1 to Rank 5 40/55/70/85/100%

W: Infernal Shell Shyvana passively generate gray health bar with each attack or ability use absorbing the health as engulfing flame around Shyvana. On active Shyvana immediately consumes the gray health as strong burst of damage around her that deals additional damage over time based on the % of the gray health compared to her max health. If Shyvana does not use this ability, the grey health slowly deplete itself dealing small aoe damage over time around her.

E: Scorched Breath Shyvana spits a breeze of flame from her gauntlet toward target location hitting all enemies in path marking them. If the marked enemies take damage from Shyvana, they takes percentage of the damage as true damage and generate more Infernal Shell grey bar. If the breath hits terrain it is stopped immediately. While in dragon form, Scorched Breath leaves behind scorched earth dealing damage over time to enemies walking through it.

R: Dragon Flight Shyvana flies toward target location, if Shyvana was not transformed, she immediately turns receiving full Fury bar. If Shyvana was already transformed, she leaves behind a trail of flames dealing moderate damage. All enemies she lands on are heavily slowed.

Thoughts on the new abilities?

My intentions as I wanted her was to make her a bloodthirsty dragon on hunt (as shown in the new Demacia Lore) cutting off escape path with her wake of destruction as well giving her chances to really stick to those pesky escapist artists like Leblanc or Zed as well Vayne (god know all Shyvana players hate them.) I really wanted to emphasis on her flames skills and make them important part of her kit. As for her passive being too strong, with the Fury REALLY depleting it so fast you wouldn't think it was there in the first place, I'd consider it balanced as you can keep generating it from attacking champions and have option to turn again with her ultimate if the situation demands it.

I'm not so sure she needs this level of rework. I'd rather just see number buffs; since her W no longer deals extra damage against jungle, I think it'd be safe to put a bit more power elsewhere. Probably defensively and offensively. Also, I'd like to see her passive armor/mr start higher-if you're losing the game and don't get any dragons, your passive is basically 5 armor/mr, which is pretty damn weak.
