Title. A skin trial shard gives you a random skin that be used for one game. Getting three shards of the same skin + orange essence at a discounted price can unlock the skin. This can be applied to Honor capsules as well- just another incentive for sportsmanlike gameplay.

Ragnaveil1 votesBut if you do that, then where's the BE gonna come from, because sure as hell no one wants to buy Hextech Chests out the anus for currency to spend on the BE store when it comes back (Im still sitting at 143k and I'd need 150k for Urfwick) (and 400 BE per daily takes an eternity to reach even 100k) A better idea is that in the higher tier levels, the champ shard values should increase (like the recent change to chests where only 4800 and above BE shards would drop). Something like that would help quite a lot of people who are sitting at the 100 level range, still getting BE shards of Yi and....Soraka. But I do think that's a pretty neat idea.
