I'm now sold on matchmaking forcing streaks
I win 1 game out of 8 because my teams feed, then I play like shit because it doesnt feel like my play matters and just get carried for a while.

Then take two losses and take a break. Seriously, you might be a fault in those losses if you're just grinding out game after game while tilted.
I wasnt tilted till the 8th loss. I wasnt the reason i lost thiose 7 games.

Unless you're completely detached from winning and losing as a concept, I'm pretty sure you tilted at around game 3-4.
That said, stop playing if you hit a loss streak. Take a break, destress, come back while the kids are in school. My rule is two consecutive ranked losses and I'm done unless I win three consecutive normal games.

I don't like the idea of normals getting rid of tilt... they can be even more tilting than ranked esp if you are tilted and get smacked around in lane and the bronze 3 that is 1-0 will be like omg this guy is plat and is feeding must be boosted, that alone is the reason i think normals is quite trash because lower elos see higher elos and talk shit or complain there in there game kinda frustrating in that sense
