Seems simple if you want to keep the trolls to a minimum. How hard would it be to have the OPTION of queuing with only other people that are in their promos? I would wait on a longer queue if given the option. As as always add the term that trolling during promos is punishable by harsher punishments. And promo reports will be evaluated immediately.

mirAcIe1 votesIt's actually worse. The good example is playing your placements on a fresh account. You get matched with people who do the same and it's literal hell. It's mostly newbies/smurfs/salty noobs. And matchmaking is complete lottery. I wouldn't wish anyone this. I would prefer global matchmaking over anything. I don't want to be a matched with people from a smaller group. The chances of getting a salty crybaby are much higher.
