People try to deny that and say he's easy to play but really not. If you misclick your W or fail on your ult, you're pretty much useless. You have to execute your combo perfectly and there's little room for error.
Its also very rewarding though. It's the best when you go legendary as AP pantheon

DEM HORATIOS awwwww yeahhhhh It's still troll. There are champs with better ap ratios on more than 2 skills that also have lower cooldowns. If it works, it's either by them not expecting it, aka- cheese strat. Or playing vs unskilled and you probably would have won regardless of what champ or roll or build you had. There's no reason to pick ap panth over some other better ap champ. Other than for funsies. But it's still troll.

The slow will only apply to ulti at 15% effectiveness non-additively with the 35% from the ulti itself, and will only apply to the W for 0.5 seconds because they'll be stunned for most of the time.

If you cast it at the wrong time, the stun won't matter and the enemy will get away. Also, if you cast it at the wrong time, it will be practically useless
