If I'm going to play normals I'd like to be able to accomplish the quests through ARAM which is a lot more relaxing and fun to me. I only play Rift with ranked. I think this direction of forcing people to play on rift or specific things like "get ocean drakes" is just not a good idea. it feels really really shitty.

We think focusing Missions on Summoner’s Rift is a good thing. So, going forward, the majority of Missions will either target Summoner’s Rift or be a general Mission that will work on any map (such as earning 30 Assists, no matter which map)

That being said, Riot, I still won't be buying the Master Passes after I had just bought this last one for Worlds (which I never even finished them, talk about waste of money, because the missions were so tacky) [slayer-jinx-catface]
Nope nope nope. I only aram, so missions which started as not targeting Summoner's Rift and used to be useful, I now ignore completely. So missions are kind of pointless for me now. [sona-playing]
