Would this be a good skill for a Support Champion to have?

I'm doing another attempt to make a Thief Champion, and I think I've got an ability idea that could be really creative.

#Escape Route Place down a Dash Pad at a target location that activates after 1 second and lasts 10 seconds. Allied or enemy Champions who walk into the Dash Pad are dashed forward a fixed distance in the direction they are facing. Allied Champions receive a small movement speed bonus after they complete the dash. You can use a Dash Pad as many times as you wish while it remains active (though with a short delay between dashes so you can't get trapped by an Azir wall).

Think of it like Bard's Magical Journey but not reliant on walls, less potential transport range, and with a lot more mindgame potential to it. The one-second delay before its activation gives the enemy time to react, and prevents you from using it to instantly "banana peel slip" opponents. And yes, it can backfire on you if you use it wrong, but that's what people say about Kindred, Tahm Kench, Bard, etc. And if you don't want to deal with it, you could always walk around it.

Definitely could use some feedback on it.

I don't think I'd want to buff enemy movespeed as a support. I think magical journey needed a big drawback as it has a lot of power. This skill is a strictly worse Sona E.

I think you misinterpreted what it does. It places down a zone that essentially launches you a fixed distance forward if you walk over it. It basically forces you to dash if you touch it.

Consider it like the Force Staff from DotA2.
