A small buff for shyvanna

Now I know, many of you are gonna say No some may say Yes, but please here me out first. The buff I'm talking about is small, its just to add some flavor to the game as it were. She should gain a stack on her passive for killing SoL. That's all. She is dragonborn afterall and he's a dragon. Kinda like how nunu still does or used to give thresh 2 souls. I just figured it would be interesting to add in.
