I don't understand why bruiser items need to deal so much damage for the amazing defensive secondary effects they have. Glass cannon ADCs and APCs should be the only sources of high damage in a game because they are squishy. Bruisers (ad or ap) should be 50 dmg/50 defense, Tanks should be 0 dmg/100% defense, glass cannons should be 100% dmg/0% defense. Increasing defense should inversely decrease offense but the ratio will stay the same.
you arent you just have to do comparatively more damage since she has effectively 10 times your hp pool yet you likely still half health her
Even better is Ornn who build full tank and can still do 40% max HP with W + AA

damage is too high. As a Shen OTP I am not happy with the damage buffs they gave to tanks. I would rather they gave us survivabilioty and they nerfed damage overall.

you are as tanky as buy buy items with HP/ARMOR/MR
So you don't want tanks in the game ? You don't want Bruiser's in game? You just want to be able to build damage and auto win if you hit qwer faster then opponent? How do you know she out damaged you, she has more health, you may have done more damage, she lived, you didn't because she out tanked you. A tank who wins by deleting your lower health bar (teemo) before you can out damage her health bar? I mean she could have done only 2000 damage to you and you 3000 to her, but since her health bar was 3100 she wins (just using those numbers for point, didn't look up game totally). Your a glass cannon, you can do a lot of damage, but if a tank gets on you, or anyone really, you should die thus name GLASS Cannon. You probably had trouble that game because everyone on your team wanted to top the damage meter and you had no front line, they did, she won. That is why a comp is important.
Looking at it more, you won the game, so you just don't like anyone ever being able to kill you, got it .
