i might buy vi next. my question is. does her denting blows do the max health percent damage every 3rd hit. or every 2nd hit with devoure. multiple times on the same champion. or is it like ekko passive that has a cooldown for 3-4 seconds i think on the same enemy.

it's every 3 hit, so 2 with sated devourer. There is no cooldown between the procs, just like vayne or gnar.
