i feel like riot created this emot things just so ppl cant get skins from hex chests

just a great way to screw us, free skins is great and all but to make the system strictly worse is just such a frustrating way to go about it, now we get all this shit from chests, and even when we do get skin shards it's so bittersweet because even if I get star guardian soroka I'm gnna need to disenchant 9 other skin shards and maybe that'd be cool seeing as it is an epic skin shard and all but why when i disenchant the star guardian skin itself i barely get 1/4th of the oe needed to turn one of my normal common non-legacy skins into a permanent.

I've never rolled a sticker before. I didn't even know how to get a sticker till this thread.

Been getting more champ shards out of hex chest since the pre-season change.

Anyone else feel that less skin shards being given out despite them being reduced already?

Opened the free Snowdown Hextech set yesterday - got Enchanted Galio. Easy 104 OE - and not in the least tempted me to buy any Tencent Points to get more of anything. Had I gotten a 1350 RP skin shard that I didn't already own, it would've been the decider to me opening my wallet.
