since all jungle camps spawn at 1:55 now whats stopping blue side from doing double golems

brad··1 votes·791 views

like they did before

remember how they used to spawn at 1:40, then at 1:55, then up to some shit like 2:10 or whatever

well now its back to 1:55 so why arent we doing double golems anymore

Not much, besides tradition and what people are used to.

Arguably, Gromp is the better start for tanky junglers, while Krug is good for AA junglers.

junglers will start red buff because it gives health regen now

Meh you can do alot of different starts. I sometimes just go blu and invade the enemy red and laugh as i get a 3 buff start no problem. Its all champion specific and knowing what you want to do.

Their is no one way

whats stoping bot is how much damage they would take. Though that would be minimized by support taking smite.

they are pretty easily kite-able and anyone with a shield or heal can mitigate all the dmg

they hit harder than you think. A shield or heal is not enough in its self. A duo is not going to hit level 2 off of either camp. Smite would make it so it can be quickly done.

Their is a efficacy aspect that kitting will not give.

rocks are so easily kited- any high elo player knows how to not take damage

Angry Monster1 votes

yeah but that takes a lot of time. You will lose any advantage for lane by doing so. Kiting at low level is usually a dps Drop. Again solved by support smite

1:45 was the old spawn time actually, then 1:55 and they still did it so 2:05 to kill it --- they need to implement this again BEFORE LCS starts up

I disagree with they need to kill it. If one side does doubles the other can do the frog. It will be a trade off. Though your pretty much forcing your teams jungler to start in the top sides of their jungle.

When they moved the timers to 205 the white/frog did not exist to balanced out the map. Now that it does exist the advantages for blue is minimized.

Supports with smite can dive in jungle items and help with bonus buff activations. Plus with dragons being so importance 2 smites are way more justified in supporting your team.

frog hurts and takes longer, froggy is ranged, rocks are melee you sit and auto from a specific spot and take no damage as long as you are a ranged champion

Corection, only the first dragon is important and easily take zero damage with two players, the other dragons are useless and 5th dragon is not realistic

IDK about you guys, But I believe they acutally are able to be hit at 1:53-1:54 can anyone confirm this? I think the reason is the animation on which they use to come into the game allows them to be attacked early. Noticed it while playing shaco last night

Dr Clueless PhD1 votes

Nope. The entry animations are purely cosmetic, for EVERY jungle monster. They flash white briefly when they become attackable, and that's at the same moment that they spawned before the changes.
