Ruined King will have a Base Damage on hit but Liandry's will still do 0 Damage on low hp enemies?
Why is there no base damage on Liandry's I don't mind if it's 2 damage per sec, I mean if someone is under 10 hp and Liandry's does 0 0 0 0 0 why bother telling me it's doing non existent damages?
