This one seems to have vanished, the one where you mentioned Ashe would get a new passive half-way through the current season. Was that considered breaking the "secrets" agreement?
Dyonas1 votesEvery other ADC gets a bonus for doing what their role is except Ashe. I would have thought a passive like Ashe's would be better suited to Karma than someone who has to attack.

Passive- Damaging wisp that charges over time when not attacking. Q- Continuous magical stream that slows enemies while they're targeted. W- Split long range magical stream that slows multiple enemies E- Eye of Saruman vision to prevent ganks and gain awareness of surroundings. R- Support stun that increases stun duration at longer ranges.
ModAcademy Kayn1 votesFrom what I've seen from some Riot posts, they don't like promising anything, since it leads to higher tensions when it takes longer then expected and doesn't bode well for the riot employee's themselves.
That said, a single employee's thoughts are not to be taken as Riot's opinion as a whole. Usually when one person says something, it can be taken as how the group behind that person feels, than just that one person.
