Buff to Wukong Jungle

Simple. Increase his clone time so that you can tank harder in the jungle. BUT let him still stay invisible for the 1.5 seconds--this MIGHT give him more escapability but you'd have to be either really confused or pretty stupid to confuse the spot where he became visible from the spot where his clone is standing.

Think this is much needed after the Q and R nerfs but ESPECIALLY after patch 4.20.

"Hurr durr Kikis played Wukong jungle in an IEM game." Good for him. You'll notice his anus was red for the first 10 minutes and he was providing 0 pressure for a long time, something TSM didn't counterjungle which a Nunu should do. He's just laughably weak right now in lane, so if you want him to jungle, this is what I propose.
