Current PBE changes will made laning phase unplayble for a lot of champions.
So in one patch we have.
- Remove of bone plating. (Tanks toplane would be harder to play, talon will again rule midlane with almost 100% winrate in good hands)
- Change to rune potions. (This will affect sustain a lot, certain champions will be unplayable, not to mention champions was balanced arround it and now they don't receive some buff, like mana regen or health regen.)
- Celerity change to movement speed will slightly reduce enchanters ability to effectively trade (like tank supports is not meta anyway and I don't even speak about enchanters mid, they are non-existent).
- You nerf chrysalis. Rune that enchanters take to not be instakilled by leona or thresh on lvl 2. That you take to be not instakilled against talon at lvl 2. And I am pretty sure it has same use in toplane, but I am not playing there much so can't write exact example here.
- Fleetwork nerf is basically Kassadin nerf. (But do you know on balance team, why he needs this rune ? He is now unplayable against lucian mid, but with this nerf he will be unplayable against every ad mid.)
And for all of this nerfs we have 5mr or 5 armor ?
Btw Ivern will be again unplayable too. You buffed him intentionally before this, so he can be played on patch and then again totally not worth ?
Ironically you are saying: Laning Phase is improved and slightly longer. Improved for who ?
like can someone explain this to me since I do not think the rune changes will hurt him and the shield bash rune will help him but maybe im dumb or missing somthing.
