Why not let this champion get even more buffs.

Let’s make his Q heal upto 55% missing health. Let’s give this champion extra AD from his passive upto 150-430AD (based on level).

Even if Rito does a buff like this, this community will still think this champion is still balanced.

Hehe yeah. It is like it doesn't matter what values he has even if each aa was oneshot, since you can kite him it is not a problem (apparently).
