Yi is not a burst champ, what are you saying? And how is he abusing true damage? It's a part of his kit.

GULAG 4 U4 votesWhat? He doesn't do that unless it is lategame, which any damage champion can perform. Burst is pressing all of your spells to deal instant and quick damage, that isn't what Yi does. He's a dps character. Not a burst one.
RenownedWheat422 votesIt doesn't NEED to be lategame is the thing. Earlygame Yi doesn't do as much, but midgame Yi (so long as he's kept up, doesn't even need to be fed) can still chunk you down in a matter of seconds unless you've got hard CC/mobility.

Warwick is perhaps higher in skill floor than Yi, but Yi's skill cap is a good bit higher. Warwick isn't braindead or no skill though.

Marshbouy2 votesI would actually say that they are about the same in skill level or that Yi is slightly harder than WW. yi has a higher skillcap because of his Q and all you need to learn on WW is how to land his ult, which isn't hard at all. Otherwise that are just the same.

zecastar2 votesWW is actually hard to play well - especially for landing his ult and using the extended Q correctly. I think he's way harder than stuff like Graves or Hecarim. However, Yi is also hard to play well for the Q timing, stutter stepping at light speed, AA cancel W/timing for bust abilities. He needs amazing reflexes to be played optimally. I'd say mastering Yi is harder than WW since he's less forgiving by virtue of being squishier and needs better reaction times.
BTW: Yi is more sustained DPS than burst.
