There is one extremely easy way to make URF way more fun
"New passive: Everyone deals 30% less damage."
Done. Now you actually have to spam spells to kill the enemies, and not kill them in one spell rotation.

Bahtzcrank1 votesJust made a post about this, the fun comes from spamming shit and having half the champ pool kill in one rotation and the rest in 3-4 is just boring. Make syndra have to land something more than e r. Make it so you that yi actually needs to use his q to dodge like 2-3 times before he kills you. Its even boring to get these champs when you go against a free af team. I can oneshot adcs as vel in norms thats not why we are here
