The Game is Unplayable and Anti-Fun. Developers Don't Know What They Doing

Winterkill··4 votes·1,139 views

Where are the damage nerfs? The Developers had the middle of 2018 to address damage creep at all. The game is a *hit show and the result of not addressing outlying problems. It is 12 days into the new year and it doesn't seem like a single Developer is addressing the issues. Yet again, players are waiting for hypothetical work that has yet to come. Everyone keeps hearing about the issues but it's been almost 5 months and nothing has been worked on yet to address the issues. There shouldn't be a single champion in this game that does so much damage and cc without having a counterplay to it. It is literally a one shot fest.

Players are now camping lanes and just feeding off of one lane. Laning phase is just non-existent anymore when players are just camping in bushes and one shotting players. Whoever decided to buff Vayne needs to rethink it. It's not fun to play against. It really isn't fun to play against something you cannot see at all with no counterplay.

It might be honestly time to just move on. The game is not getting any better and nothing is being addressed. Also, ADC get reworked again.

Downvoted not because I disagree, but because the discussion isn't necessary:

There will be quite a few nerfs to champions in 9.2, and "working on reducing systemic damage" refers to things like runes and items. Something is already being done about it, so there's no need for complaints at this very moment.

Is the marksmen itemization referring to the crit item changes?

Link me to what you're referring to, please.

Yes. Dev corner section of the boards has a few posts on it.

So if I may ask you a question. If you feel like the Devs have no clue what they're doing, how would you balance the state of the game?

Not being a mechanic yourself doesn't make criticism of a mechanic who fails to figure out what's making the gashunk gashunk gashunk noise in your car any less valid. Nor does it mean you as the non-mechanic should be able to find the issue you expected the mechanic to have the knowledge to fix.

That was a Rhetorical question. Not saying the OP or I would know what's best for the game. If I was on the balance team, I'd probably be terrible at my job.

It does, actually. If you have no idea what the problem is and don't know anything about cars, you don't really have any room to talk if someone has difficulty figuring out what the problem with your car is. Just because it seems like they should be able to easily diagnose the problem because they work on cars for a living, doesn't mean they'll have the answer to every car related problem.

No, no it doesn't. The mechanic should be able to find the problem, otherwise they have no standing to be a mechanic. If they're just as clueless as someone without the job, then they shouldn't be in that job.

"unplayable" I can launch the game and play it just fine. Can people actually use words that make sense and not give them dumb meanings that make no sense for the word? also "fun" is subjective not an objective term so stop using it like one. Just because YOU don't like something doesn't mean others also don't like it. The more these words are used the less they mean because people just want to use them as shock value and nothing more. The game is not unplayable, it's very playable, it doesn't crash, it doesn't freeze. The game itself has no issues of that sort... unless your PC sucks ass in which case then is it really league's fault? if you don't like the game fine! leave! you coming here spewing nonsense is not helping anyone
