As jinx I would try to poke vayne with 700 ranged Q. BUT she would simply walk forward and auto attack me back in a lower range. I would lose as I HAVE to run or her 3 proc so she wins the trades as I run back and get hit. How do you aa without getting hit back? This is IMPORTANT to win as adc lane/botlane

Meep Man1 votesOrb walking. Its where you cancel the AA animation half way through so it takes less time. Its different on each champion so you will have to find the exact point when the missile of the AA is released and then stop the animation by moving at that exact point. If you can't do that with 700 AA range then Vayne has a lot more MS than you or used Tumble.
You can also rely on your actual spells to poke if that is needed.
