Crit item rework response

Essence flare as an effect is so valuable for so many champions that it forces really shitty builds and overoptimized synergies with things like conqueror

putting essence flare into a keystone in the sorcery tree would pop it into a place where those who abuse it most will commit their runes Jax and those who can't really afford that item in their builds will have access but at the cost of potentially better minor runes Renekton

i would change the trigger too, maybe making it a boot item active (Like predator) that can be activated after a threshold of spells have been cast. with that number not needing to reduce itself as the game goes on creating a natural curve of more usability as the game goes on and less usability at the earlier stages of the game

I would fully revert essence reaver to its season 7 incarnation, and I would not alter spear of shojin but would include either it as a melee only item, with maybe special exceptions for Gnar Jayce in their melee forms but still inactive, or would simply have it grant half effectiveness on ranged champions and forms (So again jayce or gnar in ranged form would have half effectiveness, but in melee would become tankier)

would make it a great item for those light fighter/ mobility bruisers

Now another item has been made a bit weaker because of the surrounding items all being changed item 3095 now is functionally less valuable, and with essence reaver being lost by spellweaver casters I'd reccomend it being a crit-sheen item

item 3057 +item 3133 + item 2015

Mana+cdr+ad+attack speed Spellblade: after casting a spell your next attack will be a crit Energized attack: your energized attacks grant a burst of movespeed and deal base shard damage. Lower energy will apply a % of the effect based on the number of stacks you have Energize passive: Casting spells, moving, or attacking energizes your attacks

Adding to Fleet, static, and rapid fire functionality, this makes your lower levels of stacks deal the burst damage as on hit effects that could never be affected by rageblade, effectively making you an on hit+caster hybrid

item 3046 Don't change to a lifeline passive, adcs are supposed to be sustained damage fighters, make this a sustained combat defense up, so give it 5-20% damage reduction over 1-5 seconds maintain by attacks within 3 seconds of eachother

Lifesteal crit item?: item 1053 +item 3086 + item 1053 +300 gold

30 ad and some crit+a/s becomes 50 ad, 25% crit, 30% attack speed. passive makes lifesteal more effective with each consecutive critical strike

item 3031 This is fine

item 3085 I think it needs something minor, maybe a build path issue? Like we have 900 gold to play with, so maybe a new item?

item 1042 x2+300 gold= You're basic attacks fire an additional projectile which deals 30% damage

The storm razor idea is really good, I like it. The lifesteal one seems OP though, it probably would have to lose one of its stats, preferably not the crit.

As for IE, it isn't fine and needs an extra passive, either that or lower the cost. It'll be the weakest it's every been with these changes.

I think Riot is staying too inside the box, they are reworking a class for the 2nd time in half a year and won't even add anything new besides the new phantom dancer which no one likes.

Hmm, pd if gets lifesteal, bork will be useless and that cant happen if you dont want yasuo to lifesteal with half an item. IE was better pre rework because it was counterable by an item that doesnt matter anymore (item 3143) And whats this item called again? item 3085? welp, the only champion that benefits from it is ashe but its really not worth getting it anyways.
