Why do Riven and Yasuo get a shield running away?

Is it not bad enough that they have infinite gapclosers and 0 mana costs? I'm ok with their shield when engaging but do they need a shield AND mobility in the same ability? You know what? Why do I even explain my logic? Riven and Yasuo are antifun. Now you'll nerf them, right?

Brave brave Sir Riven, she bravely dashed away.

Wait...are you saying her Q is also an escape?

Yasuo's Sweeping Blade doesn't have a shield component. In fact, I'm pretty sure that the only place he has a shield is his Way of the Wanderer.
