where is the xayah hot fix?
best adc in the game hands down. Geting one shot at level 3 is so fun. But go ahead and hot fix singed. while the best adc in the game goes untouched.

She is no where near the level needed of a hotfix. She actually has less than a 50% winrate currently. I would invest on trying to learn to play against her to fix the situation rather than calling for a balance change.
