In the event the game lasts this long, Kog should get something. I think he is the only adc with no escape or hard cc. (even ashe and varus have ult cc) Draven has his displacement so at least that's something. I am not saying buff kog damage but range.

KMannnnn11 votesSolo queue, he's weak because you can't necessarily rely on your team to build around your kog'maw pick, and he needs a lot of protection to be effective.
Team play, he does more damage mid-late game than literally any other adc, and if you build a team around it, he's possibly a bit too strong.
He doesn't need changes, it's just that his design isn't really suited for random matchmaking.
