The game registers the third empowered Q as a crit. Unfortunately Crit damage increase from runes or Infinity Edge doesn't affect it (would love it if it did), but the game will still count it as a crit so in the post game lobby Vlad can get up on the score board with the largest crits.

WTH riot needs to fix that. We NEED magical crits to scale with crit damage D:
But on a serious note they really need to fix omen so it doesn't reduce magical crits ffs. I would suggest a magical crit damage item but riot would have to exclusively give magical crits to none-ap assassins which I think that's how it currently is for vlad/anivia/karthus.
