Why are people running Fleet Footwork on Sejuani?
1 game, I chalk it up as troll. But that's the 3rd one I've come across in 2 days, and I don't even see her much to begin with. Some secret super OP strat I'm unaware of?

Because for some reason Rito didn’t give her lvl 1 attack speed buff
Real men take dark harvest on Sej jungle
Why do people play Ezreal Jungle? it is because people, as a rule, think that it is super cool to skip any analysis of thought or behavior, any examination of their own life, and simply do whatever they want and if someone else suffers, oh well. People are deliberately ignorant.

Thing is Ez jungle was legit in a way. I forgot the exact explanation but it had something to do with an extremely strong power spike with warrior to snowball the early game into a victory. For Sejuani going Fleet Footwork, I'm trying to figure out what exactly does fleet foot offer her? Taking it purely for the movespeed seems kind of bad, and she doesn't even build ap or ad to scale it. Going Phase Rush would make more sense if she wanted a ms buff.
I'm not entirely sure what makes it strong, but pros are taking it so it's definitely legitimate
Not only are you an insufferable know-it-all, you're just dead wrong. This isn't a troll pick, it's the dominant keystone for her in pro games.
Better clears, faster W stacks application on ganks MS for keeping up with enemy
