Why isn't Maoki removed from ARAM or at least make his E destroyable

I've beaten Maoki and lost to him in ARAM. He takes away one side of the map and depending on his comp, everyone grouped on the left is waiting to be killed.

I'm sorry, what side of the map does he take away? The bushes? That's not half of the map, and someone like Jhin, Teemo, Caitlyn, etc can just as easily have as much bush control as Maokai. He doesn't need to be removed at all. You just need to be cautious and build to kill tanks.

Maokai cant target his E , it has no splash or impact damage any more. and it scales on the enemies max hp but it is magic damage therefore reduced by wait for it.....
