Why isn't Maoki removed from ARAM or at least make his E destroyable

I've beaten Maoki and lost to him in ARAM. He takes away one side of the map and depending on his comp, everyone grouped on the left is waiting to be killed.

I'm sorry, what side of the map does he take away? The bushes? That's not half of the map, and someone like Jhin, Teemo, Caitlyn, etc can just as easily have as much bush control as Maokai. He doesn't need to be removed at all. You just need to be cautious and build to kill tanks.

What? Maokai single-handendly prohibits the enemy team from entering bushes (which is a very big thing on ARAM where you can't ward them) unless they have a Sona who can heal off the damage constantly, the others 3 you mentioned are countered by Oracle and their traps are stationary which means they can be removed or avoided, Maokai saplings run at you and are very difficult to outrun at the start, probably impossible without boots if you don't know their exact location in the bush.

He very much needs to be removed given that his ultimate is also undodgeable on ARAM, making him have a 67% WR on the map by making his opponents not being able to play the game.

Maokai cant target his E , it has no splash or impact damage any more. and it scales on the enemies max hp but it is magic damage therefore reduced by wait for it.....
