What about moving jungle camps in the jungle?

So in season 7, the tiny monsters that are with blue and red buff are getting deleted. What if they are used as mobile camp that move randomly on the jungle that give you a little random buff once killed? A lot of people don't like plants, this might be an interesting alternative to plants. Also I don't want them to disappear from the rift, they are kind of cute :3
