Riot nerver learns from their mistakes

Before typing this I want to make clear its not a rant about the champion, its just some facts.

This thread is about Lucian, an adc heavily affected by the meta which has risen in popularity lately. What has made this change? The comeback of the infamous bork+BC+PD build.

This build has already been hateful in the past on Lucian and now he is meta again with that exact build. Attack speed, lifesteal, extra health, armor shredding, cdr, damage reduction, crit, move speed.

All those stats come from 3 items and one of them was not even created to be built on adcs. Riot keep making the same mistakes over and over again.

If you havent noticed already, I'm a fan of traditions in League, I really despise builds on some characters with items that dont belong there. Black cleaver used to be an item for bruisers mainly and some assassins, now Lucian gets to build that too?
