One issue i really have as a jungler.

Is afk leashers. It bothers be that initial jungle clears are tuned around the assumption of a leash.

But....20% of the time your bot lane wants to "cheese" a bush. 20% of the time the ADC is afk or DC'd. 20% of the time the support is afk or DC'd. Leaving you with a bad clear, leaving you susceptible to counterjungling and potentially losing all early game impact depending on how strong of a clearing jungler youre playing.

I would LOVE for there to be some kind of a patch that irradicates leashing from the game, Maybe an aura on Red/Blue golem that increases their stats based on how many teammates are nearby, causing 1v1ing it to be as effective as it is to 3v1 it right now.

I would be on board with this.

I secondary jungler, and I'm completely on board with how tough it can be to do your job when you don't get a leash. However, when you do get a leash, it's too easy to get double buffs at full hp and gank top lane with a 1-level lead. That's not cool either.

I can see how nerfs to jungle would make it hell to start the game if you didn't get a [good] leash. Whether they make an aura to make it harder to give leashes, or simply delay spawn timers on all jungle camps to make it impractical to leash without missing a chunk of XP - I'd be on board. Honestly, delaying all camp's spawn times by 15 seconds across the board would not only likely get rid of leashing, but would also delay the top lane ganks by enough to balance that out too...
