Tried to Pick Up Quinn Again

And after one game, I realized why I can't main Quinn anymore. She has more bugs than a rotten piece of wood. Game changing bugs too.

1. Blind works reliably about 20% of the time. This is a bit of an exaggeration, but blind just is not reliable. It rarely, and I mean RARELY ever works against on hit effects and procs. Things like: Fizz Q, Lich Bane and Sheen, Nasus Q, Jax W/ult, etc. The word blind appears on the auto, but the extra damage (and more often than not, the auto damage) goes through.
2. Passive doesn't proc sometimes, especially on targets who were recently invulnerable: Like Fizz E, Vlad W, Zhonyas, etc. You can auto attack as much as you want, but it will not proc the passive, but the target remains on the champion making it that much longer of a CD.
3. Using vault on targets that are within melee range will put you outside your own auto range, but about 50-100 range.
4. Vault sometimes does not apply passive.
5. Auto attacks randomly cancel -- the projectile goes out, you hear the sound of the shot and it hitting the target, but it does no damage. There are multiple threads on Quinn's susceptible auto attack cancels. Been this way since champion release, and I am sure Riot is aware of this one.
6. Vault will sometimes (this one is more rare) not rebound you off your target if something is in your designated return spot, or if there are minions in your path, you can get minion blocked and remain in melee range of your target.

I have accumalted over 200 ranked Quinn games (most of them top, as I feel she is a weak ADC because of her ult). She is extremely fun to play, which is why I just kinda ignored those bugs, but games are too easily swung because of these bugs. It is frustrating, and Quinn has been blatanly ignored, and is sometimes considered a joke pick. About 75% of the time I pick Quinn, my team says "do not pick quinn" or "pick a real top laner/ADC". I would also receive reports if I did not completely carry a game. I could go 10-0, we would lose, but I would still get reported for playing Quinn...its not so bad anymore, but thats how it used to be (gold-platinum elo)
