So stop complaining that the boosted animals on your team are holding you back. If the large majority of Gold to Diamond was really boosted it would be favorable for the "true competitive and fair players". Maybe it isn't Dynamic Queue's fault, but your own.
The same goes for feeders, flamers, trolls and everything else. If you are really the nice player you claim to be, then it is an advantage for you.

And there is a higher chance of a smurf on enemy team
Losing LP and a game where if a person doesn't play at the ELO they're in just makes it harder and more frustrating to play in.
You don't see a support go sightstoneless at 20 minutes, a jungler who doesn't gank and takes forever to clear waves, an adc who takes wrong masteries and buys items that does nothing to benefit them strongly as an individual who got into the elo, a mid player who never pings and their CS is terrible than the ELO you're in, a top laner who never uses teleport to help teamfights when pinged and advise ahead of time.
There are more things players who are boosted into Gold+ don't do because they're simply NOT in the elo.
32,000,000 gamers and you think 70% or so are bronze/silver players and as you can tell a LOT of boosting is going around league now so likely you WILL have someone who is boosted in your games...
In other words, you're going to lose games in Ranked, stop ranking then?
That would be fine if my team wasn't losing in the process. I can only get so fed and fight off so many fed noobs at the same time.
