Lag, trolls, feeders and AFKs are the standard options.
If you don't play those roles, Junglers and Supports are popular targets to blame.
I've seen many claim that Riot is specifically placing them with horrible teams to stop them from climbing.
Alternatively, you could claim that the ELO/MMR system is biased in general and holding you back.
You can still keep blaming DQ. I mean, blaming DQ for not climbing has always been irrational, so it wouldn't change anything.

Blame someone that goes Kindred jungle. Seriously, I've seen Kindred a couple times this week in norms and every time someone in lobby comments about how shit Kindred is and its a free win for the opposing team.
it is not going away, they are just adding solo/duo que in as an alternative and making D-que more rewarding at the end of the season.
