well its mainly due to illaoi and darius doing so well now and he counters immobile juggernauts.

i dont play teemo in ranked. actually i have a pathetic 20% winrate or so with him. even if i do well in lane usually i can't carry the game

Teemo doesn't counter Darius. Darius counters Teemo. E range is the same as Teemo's auto range. With good mechanics (as LCS players have) the minute Teemo attacks even once, Darius E/W during the pull/auto/Q as he blinds/walk up to him/auto/ult, and Teemo is done.

i know you can win lane as darius. actually at level 6 darius wins. teemo wins after level 9. level 1-5 is teemo. 6-9 darius and after that teemo wins.
