Wráthful1 votesnot that much it hurts the tanks it's percentage. 2.5 / 2.92 / 3.33 / 3.75 / 4.17% of target's current health per lvl damage doesnt hurt the champs that dont have much hp. if u think his hp dmg is op what u think about kindred's e percentage damage.
